I help women stop chasing wellness trends and learn to understand the body God designed, so they can care for their health with more confidence, discernment, and peace.

Healing isn’t about doing more, it’s about removing what’s in the way.

I wasn’t always fascinated by the body’s intelligence. In fact, I spent years completely disconnected from mine…

I know what it feels like to care so much about your health that caring turns into chasing.

I didn’t start out connected to my body.

Growing up, I didn’t think of my body as something to listen to. If I had a headache, I took something. If my stomach hurt, I treated the symptom. If I was sick, I followed the prescription.

I never thought to ask what my body might be communicating.

Then pregnancy changed the way I saw everything.

Learning about natural childbirth introduced me to the idea that the body was designed with intelligence and purpose. That curiosity opened the door to chiropractic, nutrition, movement, and holistic health.

And for a while, I thought I had found the answer.

Then I became a healtholic!

My Journey: From Blind Trust to Body Awareness

MyJourney: From Blind Trust to Body-Led Wisdom

Most of my childhood and early adulthood were spent in a fog—not because I don’t remember it, but because I was completely disconnected from my health. I followed the standard path:

  • Ear infections? Here’s your prescription.
  • Fever? Take some Tylenol.
  • Skin issues? Use this cream.

It wasn’t until I became pregnant with my daughter that everything changed.

A dear friend introduced me to The Bradley Method, a 12-week course on natural childbirth. Learning about birth as a process, not a medical event was my first major wake-up call. If the body was designed to bring life into the world with such intelligence, what else had I been missing?

From there, my curiosity became an obsession. I dove into holistic health—chiropractic, nutrition, movement, and alternative healing methods. I saw transformation in my body, mind, and spirit. The mental fog and negativity that once weighed me down disappeared. For the first time, I truly felt alive.

But then, my body stopped responding.

There was never a conversation about why these things were happening—only quick fixes. I was constantly given medications, to the point that I developed an allergy to traditional antibiotics. Sound familiar?

I Believe

Your body was designed by God with intelligence and purpose.vIt should be understood, not controlled. You can learn to listen, trust, and build a relationship with it.

I'm Not About

Fear-based health decisions. Protocol hopping. Perfectionism disguised as discipline. Overcomplicating what your body is trying to communicate.

You Can Find Me

Enjoying time with family and friends, nerding out in a great book with a cup of mold-free coffee, embracing spontaneity, and listening to music that resonates through every cell of my being.

Daily Rituals

Quiet time with God, engaging in prayer and Bible reading, conversing with my own body to understand its needs and desires, moving my body with a boost of electrolytes, journaling, and soaking up the outdoors—especially when it's warm.

Favorites

GF/DF Quesadillas (Siete Almond Flour tortillas with sheep's milk manchego cheese), green apples and almond butter, cool funky sneakers, and the music of Twenty One Pilots, Tyler Joseph, and Phil Wickham.

When Caring Turned Into Chasing

I did what so many women do when they care deeply about their health.

I researched more.
Tried more.

Tested more.

Added supplements.

Changed routines.

Saw more practitioners.

And somewhere along the way, health stopped being something I cared for and became something I felt responsible for controlling.

I was doing all the “right” things and still second-guessing myself.

Still searching. Still wondering what I was missing.

And that was the turning point.

The problem wasn’t that I needed more information.

The problem was I had never learned how to have a relationship with my own body.

What Changed

Everything changed when I stopped asking,

“What else should I do?”

and started asking,

“What is my body actually communicating?”

That shift did not mean I stopped using practitioners, supplements, testing, or health information.

It meant I stopped treating them like the final authority.

I started learning how to pause, notice, ask better questions, and respond with more discernment.

Over time, I built something I had never had before:

trust.

Not certainty.

Not perfect health.

Trust.

That experience became the foundation for bodyOS.

The Birth of bodyOS

bodyOS is the framework I created to help women build that same relationship with their bodies.

It is grounded in a simple belief:

God designed the body with intelligence, purpose, and the ability to communicate.

Sometimes that communication is loud. Sometimes it is quiet.

But when you learn how to listen, you no longer have to live in constant fear that you are doing health wrong.

That is the work I care about now.

Helping women move from fear into peace by learning to understand and trust the body God designed.

My Mission

My mission is to help women move from fear to peace by learning to understand the body God designed.

Not through more rules. Not through another perfect protocol.

Through relationship.

I want you to feel more confident in how you notice, discern, and respond.

To use health information without being controlled by it.

To ask for help without surrendering your own awareness.

To care for your body without making health your master.
